Heavy duty ring, mounted on strong tubular legs with sure footed rubber feet! It does not rock on uneven ground because it is mounted on three legs. Attachment of legs is easy with just one bolt to each. (Hand tightening of the tube is sufficient without the need for tools). Black STUBBYFINE coated with bright zinc plated legs.
